I have mostly belly fat. My legs, arms, and neck do not have that fat look. I ride a excercise bike every other day and do yoga on the off days. I take Saturday off but I track my food each day. Have lost 6 lbs in one month but the belly fat stays. Which coach Nichole workout is best for the belly. Anyone?

Going gluten and dairy free has helped me a lot. I have been following the Virgin Diet (by J.J. Virgin) since Christmas and have been amazed at what a difference removing just 7 foods from my diet has made. I hesitate to call it a "diet" because it's not really - it's a way to learn about food intolerances by eliminating 7 of the most inflammatory foods from your diet for 21 days. The 7 foods are: sugar & artificial sweeteners, soy, gluten, dairy, corn, peanuts, and eggs. After the 21 days, you add back in 1 of 4 of those foods each week, eating that food for 4 days and then paying attention to how you feel the next 3 days. The 4 foods she has you add back in are gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. I never eat soy so I did not test that, but did test the other 3 foods and learned very quickly that gluten is NOT my friend, I also don't do well on dairy although I can tolerate some yogurt and some cheese. Eggs seem to be fine but I feel the absolute best when I don't eat any of those foods. My belly is much flatter than it was and I lost about 9 pounds even though that wasn't my main reason for doing this. I also greatly reduced the pain and inflammation I'd been suffering with for several months, and that happened in the first week of the first 21 days phase!

I really like Rodney Yee's DVD to use at home called Core Cross Train. It is really helping me with my mid section as is using my stationary bike. I alternate a cardio day with a yoga day. Rodney Yee's power collection is good too. My waist measurement has gone from a start of 27 inches, down to a 24 with just a 12.5 lb loss.
That stomach area seems to be the last to show any results, with thighs a close second!!

I made some Southern Fried Cabbage this past week. Since I've been eating it, I see a difference in my midsection. Gonna keep some in my house........
I am adding Yogo to my exercise routine. I walk nearly everyday but would like a little more toning and flexibility, particularly in the belly area . It was amazing. The stress reduction and extra calorie burn was a plus as well. If you have not tried it, please do. I had to attend a couple of different classes to find the Instructor and beginner level that worked the best for me. They all offered a couple of classes free so it cost nothing to try some out. Also check you area resources; I found some that were completely free through churches and other groups.
I am looking forward to the disappearance of my belly fat too.

Try the exercise videos with Coach Nicole. I did the January Jump off challenge and I have seen a difference in my belly! It is very do-able!!! I'm starting her Scult and Tone DVD tonight. I'm 52 and had a C-section when I had my child so I know what you mean about belly fat. It is the first time in all those years that I am finally seeing a flatter belly!
HELP, I need to get rid of that ugly belly fat, from having babes & over fifty. I've heard that Kale, Broccoli, Califlower & cabbage help. Oh and of course excersize, anything else, besides surgery. Started eating right again 3 weeks ago, have lost 10 pounds, but this belly is discouraging!
