Welcome to sparkpeople... one of the good things about sparkpeople is there is most likely a team that uses your food plan.... so check out the teams.
Take a few minutes and make up a sparkpage - make it public allowing members to post a message to you on it
Also don't forget to participate on all the groups you have joined - lots of encouragement when you do
