For beginners and those (like myself) who have fallen off the healthy lifestyle path I recommend the 10 Minute Series. These videos are enough to get your heart pumping (if you give it 100%) and get your body ready for more difficult videos in about a week or two.
This is my current workout routine: 10 Minute Dance Express Crunch: Ab Attack
In 2 weeks I'm going to be adding Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (Level 1). After 10 days of Level1 I'm going to be adding Level 2 to the workout. When I add the 30 Day Shred I stop doing the cool down for Crunch: Ab Attack and just do the cool down for the final video/level that I'm on.
I know it sounds like a lot but I've had amazing results doing this.

I need some motivation to just get started. I have a gym membership and the couch to 5k plan on my phone... I keep telling myself "I'll start Monday, I'll start Monday." and I never start.

Definitely check out Coach Nicole's videos. Some of my favourites are: The 6 minute butt blasting one Day 1 of new you bootcamp The 10 minute cardio kickboxing one
The 4 minute challenge also sounds like it'd be good for you: http://www.sparkpeople.com/blog/blog.asp?p ost=the_4minute_miracle_workout_that_r eally_works
On youtube I haven't tried these as I don't own running shoes yet (for the first) and I'm worried to hurt my feet with some of jump type options and for the second (also with Coach Nicole) I didn't have weights until yesterday (Yay! so excited to try it today!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWEdJRRnd kQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPK0zoSE4 4Q&list=PL61294A384A36BC5C

Personally I'd suggest the videos right here on Spark. There are loads of them; both cardio and strength training, many are about 10 minutes long. Totally free. Even for the strength training ones, many do not require any equipment at all. I did a couple of the Pilates videos yesterday. I think Coach Nicole is fabulous-- not overly chatty or obnoxiously "perky" and she stresses good form, and working at your own level. Gives modifications for the harder stuff.

I'm not very good at knee pushups either. I have tried using them before I either don't get many done or I some how manage to hurt myself. I think my push-up problem is mostly bad form. Although that's probably a lot of my work-out issues is I've never been taught how to properly do any of it.

why can't you use the perfect pushup things with knee pushups?
How about doing one of the Spark bootcamp programs? It's a 4 week commitment to workout. All of the videos can be found here on Spark or on youtube. Go up to Community then Challenge Central to access the various bootcamp programs.

Do you have a library card ? Your local library is not only a great resource for books, you can borrow DVDs too. Go to your library and see what they have for exercise DVDs. Borrow what looks like fun.
Along with Coach Nicole's videos posted in the fitness section, go to YOUTUBE. there are tens of thousands of different cardiovascular and strength workouts posted for beginners to advanced.
And... how would you like to learn to do a good military style push up ? Why not try the 100 push up challenge. that's something you can do at home too.

So I'm trying to find some beginner videos and simple at home workouts for someone with no money for a gym, or any type of workout equipment at the moment. All I have are the perfect push-ups that do me no good since I can't do push-up. Mostly at the moment I'm looking for things i can do as like a 5-15 minute break from being on the computer all day to get my heart rate up a little and not just be sitting there. i mean if I do 10 minutes every hour than in 6 hours i would've had 60 minutes of working out right. :D Any suggestions on things to try or videos i could use would be awesome. Thank you!
