A family favorite (even my kids love it) that is quick and easy:
Warm Cannelini bean salad:
1 Can cannelini beans(white Kidney beans) drained and rinsed olive oil about 1 Tbsp garlic (1 clove) 1 tomato - chopped fresh sage - chopped(5-10 leaves depending on your taste) salt & pepper to taste Parmesan cheese (to taste)
On the stove warm the oil and garlic, add sage and beans. Heat until warm. season with salt and pepper. Add tomato and remove from heat. Stir and serve with a little parmesan on top.

Boil together 1 cup vinegar,however much stevia you need to sweeten it to your taste,1/4 cup olive oil (or less) and some cracked black pepper. Let this cool and drain & rinse 1 can kidney beans, 1 can black beans, 1 can white bean,1 can corn. While these are draining,chop 2 bell peppers (any color)a couple stalks celery, a couple of carrots and an onion (purple looks best) Mix these all together and refridgerate. You can alter any ingredients to you rown taste, but this approx. how I make it. If you want, you can add a tomato just before serving or add canned tomatoes even rotel. This keeps very well (esp if you omit tomato) and can be eaten as a side dish, a salad or even main dish.

Try Allrecipies.com its a free website and has a lot of different takes on the same type of recipie.
Chickpea & Tomato Salad Toss together 1 can of drained chickpeas with 3 cups of freshly chpped tomatoes. 1/4 cup of fresh dill, and 1/4 cup of fresh basil both chopped 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and 1 clove of minced garlic Let stand 15 minutes, then season with a sprinkle of sea salt optional and some pepper. Chill Makes 4 servings.
Kidney Bean Salad 1 can of kidney beans, drained or soaked beans 1 Tablespoon of Relish 1 1/2 Teaspoons of grated onion 2 Tbs. of mayonaise Dash of salt and pepper
Mix all together and chill a few hours. Stir before serving. When ready to serve cut a tomato open like a flower and put kidney bean mixture ontop or just serve alone as a side.

Go to the Taste Of Home website and search "Alfresco Bean Salad". It is made with black, red and garbanzo/chickpea beans. 2/3 C serving is only 146 calories.

I make a three bean salad but I usually use kidney beans and garbanzo beans from cans, the green beans I use are usually the frozen kind. Drain and rinse all beans well. In a bowl, combine equal amounts of white vinegar and water. Add about a tablespoon of sugar, some pepper. In this brine I put thinly sliced onions and let them sit for a while. Then I top it with the beans and mix. Let stand for several hours. This is good for days in refrigerator.
