ZAHRA35, If you find yourself tempted by some of the baked goods you make, just remember the happiness they'll bring to the person you give them too. Personally, I don't see anything wrong with banana bread either as long as you are mindful of the portion. Spark People isn't about deprivation or dieting. It's all about moderation and portion control. a slice of banana bread, fries, cookies, chips, etc.. CAN all be a part of a healthy lifestyle as long as you watch the portion. I can't imagine living a life where I wasn't allowed to eat something because I was afraid I'd gain weight. That's not healthy either. that's a diet. Moderation, not deprivation or guilt.
