It's awesome that you're reaching out. That's the first step to some real progress. You've done it once, so you can do it again!
Personally, the entire month of March up until today I had been eating terribly, and not tracking it consistently (And I was 5 pounds away from losing my 100th pound emoticon ).
I reset my sparkpage about 4 times, and last Sunday I reset it and vowed to write down EVERYTHING regardless of the damage. Today was the first day in a while that I've actually stayed within my calorie range (and have gone to the gym ).
Start small maybe? Just continue as normal with eating, but track everything. Once you know your average totals, you can make adjustments from there.

You can do it! We all lose and regain weight. Don't be hard on yourself!

Reaching out on the message boards is a great start. Make small changes that you can live with, track everything, celebrate the small goals/victories, and stay connected.

Without a plan for weight maintenance, regaining can be a problem. Set your goals up this time with maintaining in mind so you are establishing a lifelong lifestyle that will help you continue to reach new goals. I used to be 86 kg .. I lost 10 kg with spark people but then I stopped and regained my bad habits of NOT watching out my portions, eating junk food and not exercising ... I really feel bad about myself because I regained my weight (86kg) ... how to start over? Any motivation please.
