I have used SparkPeople before but was not good with consistency. I've had a RNY Gastric Bypass & even though I lost 100 pounds, I had gained back almost 20 and was close to that 200 mark. That's when I decided enough was enough. Spent $ ordering specific vitamins & protein shakes that are made especially for GB people like myself. I love the way this site allows you to track nutrients & log food. And that I can add my own goals, too! Now, if I could just hook up with other fellow gastric bypass people! I've been on here only 6 days and very pleased I followed that long. I know that sounds pathetic but 6 days is a big deal to me!
