Replace the avocado with healthy fats such as Black Olives... it's the healthy monounsaturated kind and they help keep a person hydrated. Garbanzo beans and hummus which has olive oil in it is also very good.

Flax seeds are a good way to get omega 3's and 6's.... fatty acids

Walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, Pepitas too!

Cannellini beans are the lowest bean on the glycemic index so yes these are fantastic and have great antioxidants in them...also helps keep your skin smooth and fights off wrinkles

wow, I love the idea of the beans if you can't tolerate avocado.
Thanks for sharing.

Have you tried canned cannelini beans? They help to add creaminess to soups, too, and the fibre/protein is great. Perhaps adding a LITTLE bit of Olive Oil or Rice Bran Oil will help increase the 'creamy/smooth' texture.

Perhaps blended green peas? Not quite the same, but a similar texture and appearance, at least.

I found this with a quick google:

Avocado is generally used as a source of healthy fats, so if you don't want or can't have it, one of the other healthy fats could work. Nuts, olive oil, or peanut butter are all alternatives.

Be sure and ask on the Spark Solution team, too!

Hi! I am about to try the new Spark Solution plan, and a number of the meals include avocado, including mixing it into mayo and whatnot to help with creaminess. I can't eat avocado. I like it, but it doesn't like me and I end up sick from just a bite (that and mango.) Are there any foods I can swap with avocado?
