I wear compression sleeves on my calves when I run and I find the support extremely helpful. I doubt the arms sleeves would provide any relief other than some warmth. Have you ever considered acupuncture ? I've used acupuncture for a couple of different injuries and it worked wonders. Will it help with your shoulder arthritis ? Hard to say.

I know it isn't for everyone, but many doctors are recommending Eastern treatments such as acupuncture for things like arthritis. If you don't want to do acupuncture ? How about a good sports massage ? a deep tissue massage could help. I have a couple of friends who get a massage once a month to get out the kinks.

I have been dealing with same pain in my left shoulder due to arthritis, along with some soreness in my arm and numbness in my fingers. I have a return visit with my doctor next week to see if I might be dealing with carpal tunnel. I was wondering if anyone has used any of the arm sleeves that are supposed to help with keeping one's arm warm during exercise and found them helpful in dealing with the aches and pains of shoulder and arm pain.

Thanks in advance for your input.
