An extra day off now and then is sometimes a must for me too. It seems like all I do is work, workout and eat...keeps me out of trouble I guess. If I'm going to make a drastic lifestyle change I'm going to have to make sacrifices. Motivation and accountability are always important for me to have. Maybe through this board we can help keep eachother motivated and accountable.

Am in the middle of P90x now, never thought I would've made it this far, but it is GREAT. Super challenging, but able to go at your own pace when you need to means that I've stuck with it and nothing feels better than when I finish each day. Feels like a real accomplishment, still looking forward to each day's workout (except the Yoga, which seems to drag).

I'm using P90X now and am finishing up week 5 tomorrow. I do take an occasional day off though.
