For the most part. I was surprised to lose at all because I've been at the same weight since I was 16. So I'm definitely happy about that. But my body hasn't externally shown the change, so I'm still working on that.

Not today I'm not. I keep bouncing back to 140. No matter what I do. It's driving me crazy. (And before you ask, no my BMI is not in the healthy range.)

I definitely am! I feel great, I love the open spaces on either side of my ribs where my arms swing freely where they used to rub! I love the feeling of increased control of range of motion, and better balance! I've been using SparkPeople since Jan 20, I've lost 13 lbs, I've been doing workouts from The Biggest Loser games on the Wii, and I'm very happy with the results.

I have been delighted. I've lost 60 lbs. since June, and only have 10 or so more to go. I've kept within my ranges pretty faithfully and tracked every single day. I couldn't be more pleased with the results!

It's definitely helping me. I had a lot of weight to lose and some bad habits to change, and it's slowly working. I still take breaks from the diet once in awhile, like last night when I ate steak and lobster ravioli and champagne (gulp) but you just have to hang in there for the long haul and not get too down when you get stuck or over-indulge.

I am happy that I am losing weight, but I am not happy with how slow it is going. I do like that my clothes are fitting better and that I can fit in clothes that I have not been able to fit in a while. If I use that to measure happiness, then I am happy.

No. I've gotten into a good exercise routine but need to control the food intake. I've lost 6 of the 43 lbs. I want to lose.

I couldn't be happier. I think I slowed down a little last week, but I had two birthday celebrations, and I ate (a little) cake and (a little) ice cream with (a little) chocolate syrup on top. I also enjoyed my dinner out with my husband. Now I am back on track, and in two-tenths of a pound I will have lost eight pounds. It was a month Monday since I started SP, so I guess that's right around two pounds a week, with this latter week being a bit short.

Is SP helping you? In what major ways?
