no. I googled the reviews for the fluidity workout after seeing the commercial. Cost was an issue but overall people seemed to like the fluidy workout. I am not familiar with Malibu Pilates.

I'm actually interested in the fluidity. Amazon also had some similar workouts for a lot less.

I just googled the Malibu pilates chair and amazon users gave some good reviews and some good information to make an informed decision..

Somehow I've just stumbled upon the same thing today. Both look interesting, but they are expensive. Would love to hear from others if they have tried either/both and how effective they are or which they like better, etc.

I saw on TV the new "Fluidity" Bar workout

Its like a combo of yoga, pilates and stretching. It looked pretty interesting to me.

I also thought about maybe purchasing the Malibu pilates set.

Anyone try either and have any feedback?

They are kind of expensive, so I'd like to hear if anyone has used it and had success?
