Congrats on your weight loss! Overall, your rate of loss seems reasonable, but remember, as you get closer to your goal weight, it is going to come off more slowly. That is okay!
I would definitely recommend that you refer to your calorie range as recommended by SparkPeople. It is different for everyone, and is based on your age, weight, gender, and activity level. That is why we cannot answer your question directly, without knowing those stats about you. It is also based on how fast you tell SparkPeople that you want to lose. I would bet that, if you aim for a rate of one pound per week, you could actually eat a bit more calories!
For long term success, I would recommend that, for the last 25 pounds, you aim for a pound a week, and when you get to the last 10, you aim for 1/2 a pound a week. This will help you transition to maintenance more smoothly.

It's a really cool little setup program they have!!! With that said, it's only as accurrate as the data you input for it to use. Sounds like you've got what you need since you've worn at HRM, so you can plus in pretty accurate data!!!

It sounds about right. Just make sure you've plugged into your fitness setup the amount of calories you burn per week and as long as your goal date isn't too agressive it should calculate to the right calorie range for you.

I workout 6 days a week and am not really thinking about calories burned when counting my calories consumed throughout the day. I eat anywhere from 1200-1500 cals per day. I would guess that most days I am in the lower range, today for instance I came to just under 1500 cals and I noted I had an extra cup of coffee w/ creamer + a beer with dinner which I usually skip.
My exercise right now consists of workout DVDs, I'm currently alternating Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 with one of her core workouts (Killer Abs/6 Week 6 Pack) and will occasionally throw in 20 mins of kickboxing at the end if I have the time and energy. I have worn a HRM a few times for Jillian's workouts and usually burn anywhere from 250-350 cals during exercise. With all this together, I am wondering if I am eating within the right calorie range? I have been losing weight pretty consistently (anywhere between 1-2 lbs. per week), I just want to make sure I am being healthy and sticking to the right choices.
