Just another thought....

If you have started drinking more water, your body will allow the "stored" water to be expelled, leaving you with inches lost!

Sounds like you are doing great on your FastBreak start. Great job.

I'm glad to hear this, I was worried I was having sever muscle loss or something. When I started this I geared myself towards no more than 1.5 pounds a week since I landed in the hospital when I attempted to lose weight the wrong way 5 years ago and wanted to do it right this time. Thank you all.

You're doing great. Keep in mind that what you're lose a lot of at the beginning is water. After a while your reduction will be less. But for now, you're doing great.

Sounds like you are doing terrific according to your measurements. I would encourage you not to log any weight if you are not directly measuring it on a scale since you do not know what rate you really are losing. The program will use what you log and may make adjustments that are not right for where you actually are. Use the measurements as your guide and if you can stop by your doctors office in the next could weeks for a weight check (they should not charge you or require an appointment) with the nurses, you can log that information when available.

Keep working on your program and reaching goals!

You are doing just fine!! If you are taking in that amount of nutritious calories, hydrating, and getting some exercise I would say you are having wonderful results!! Congratulations!!!

I have started my journey 2 weeks ago. I'm 5'6 and have quite a lot to lose.

I have fit in at least 10 minutes of workout every day with strength training 2 times a week, and have been working hard on balancing my meals and I'm think I'm doing a pretty good job.

I chose to take the slow road down so I'm not starving myself, I eat 1800-2200 calories daily consistently (cutting back 300-700 calories a day) yet within 2 weeks my waist has gone down 3.5 inches, my hips 2.5 inches and my thigh 2 inches. I don't have a scale so I'm not sure how much weight I've lost, I just log whatever I'm supposed to have lost (about 6 pounds since these are my first 2 weeks).

The numbers are a bit startling to me, not that I'm not happy that I can fit into my old jeans but I'm just wondering if this rate is normal or if I'm doing my body harm losing this much this fast.
