It really is best to ask your doctor about what is best for you and your situation.

Since you're not experiencing the problem often, only when out running, if you want a bit of free advice go ask the pharmacist first. They will be able to offer some advice of this kind, and if that doesn't work out for you, THEN you can spend the $$ on a doctor.

Please speak with your doc about the best options for you. It doesn't matter what has worked for anyone else, because your doc will help you decide based on your lifestyle, your history, etc.

you really should check with your doctor about allergies. I know a lot of these medicines are available OTC now, but you really need to check before taking them.

I live in Central PA and the pollen this year has been crazy. I am not sure where you live, but that could be a contributing factor.

I dont know if its that I developed allergies or if I just began to notice them but since losing weight I started trying to have runs outside to enjoy the weather (and Ive secretly always wanted to be one of those running nuts you see running reguardless of weather)
And I cant. My nose runs, my eyes burn....just a mess of grossness

I tried zyrtec
but it practically made me pass out!

Any reccomendations for allergy medicine that will be good for someone exercising (aka wont put me to sleep!)
I really only need it when running. My allergies dont bother me much normally.
