Please don't use that mat anymore! I haven't have a problem with exercise mats before. I used to used a folded blanket before exercise mats became available (20+ years ago).

Every time I workout, afterwards my hands are red, puffy and itchy! I have had hives on and off for the last year. I recognize that my hands are having an allergic reaction to latex/rubber! I could cover the exercise mat with towels while I do floor work. I am not certain that would help. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not certain what I should do now. What types of exercise mats should I look for??? Help!!!
