I couldn't acces the "change/add nutrients" info. Any other ideas as to how I can add fiber to my nutrients list?

Go to your nutrition tracker. Scroll down and you should see a list of activities - click on change/add nutrients. I'm giving you that from memory, so I hope it works. If not, let me know and I'll help you figure it out.

I had learned that, when choosing breads/cereal, look for whole grain and make sure that a serving has at least 3 grams of fiber. Fruits and vegetables have 3 grams of fiber per serving.
I like to cook OAT BRAN, not oatmeal for breakfast as oat bran has 5 grams of fiber.
It might take a little longer to cook on the stove (which I prefer), although you can microwave it, but be sure to stir it a lot or it'll be lumpy.
Soy milk - Soy Slender to be exact, is tasty - the vanilla has 3 grams of fiber and the
chocolate has 4 grams of fiber.
Good luck!

Hi! I just recently joined Sparkpeople and am very excited about it. I do have one question: can anyone tell me how to go about adding a new nutritional value (fiber)? I can't seem to figure that out. Thanks!
