Sounds like we have a lot in common. I'm only 21, but bars on Saturday nights and then football/wings/beer Sundays where a big reason on my original weight gain. I've lost it, but will be going back to college soon where it will be really hard to stay on track. Currently took a semester off to work an internship in a different state. Anyone looking for an accountability buddy? I find that it helps me to stay motivated if I have someone to check in with and discuss successes/problems. I'll return the favor and try to help you reach your goals any way I can.
I'm a typical late 20s guy- I like sports (both watching and playing), I work for a living, and I'm trying to pull back on the eating out/boozing (which is why I have to lose 50lbs).
No offence to the ladies , but I think it would be easier having a guy accountability buddy who maybe I will be able to relate to a little better. Also, if you are a lady reading this, what are you doing in the guys lounge? NO GIRLS ALLOWED...just kidding :)
