I completely understand the feeling! I had been doing horribly really the whole month so far. Today is the first day in about 3 or 4 days that I've stayed within calorie range. I'm surfing the message boards now because I've already eaten enough calories today (I actually went 2 calories over lol, but that's not bad) and I'm resisting the urge to eat the pizza I have in the freezer. I know I'm not hungry. I'm just stressed because of the huge projects I have to do for school, and boredom. I am not eating right now because I know my stomach will hurt later tonight because of gas and bloating if I eat now.
We can do it!

Eventually you will stop eating. It all depends on if you choose to sooner or later.
The next bite you look at, ask yourself if you want that bite more than you want to change your life. If you want it more...go ahead, eat it. Otherwise, put it down.
The food only has power over you if you allow it to.
(Also, go brush your teeth. That always makes me stop eating AND unlikely to crave more food.)
