I sort of question this too, only in the instance, that I had to stand at work or 3 hours. My feet were killing me, so that had to be worth something...I thought I was grasping at straws, but then saw this post...what do you all think.
I was listening to an old podcast on SparkRadio about sitting and following that started thinking about standing at work when I can. I wondered though, if that is really going to have much benefit or not. Walking around sure, but if it's just standing will it still do something and have more value than if i'm sitting at my desk? (wasn't sure where to post this)
