You're in the first week. You don't have to be perfect. :)
When I lost my 75lbs, I was almost never in-range on all four. Constantly over, as a big over-eater. However, because the overall trend and pattern was to generally eat roughly well balanced, the weight continued to come off.
Think not "what can I eat today that meets these numbers" so much as "what can I do tomorrow before I get to so late in the day to ensure I don't have the same problem then".
Pre-plan! It's a golden idea, and you'll never find yourself with odd numbers to make up at the end of the day. Spend this evening planning tomorrow. :)
