Get your 400 calories and don't worry about the fat and protein just yet.

You're in the first week. You don't have to be perfect. :)

When I lost my 75lbs, I was almost never in-range on all four. Constantly over, as a big over-eater. However, because the overall trend and pattern was to generally eat roughly well balanced, the weight continued to come off.

Think not "what can I eat today that meets these numbers" so much as "what can I do tomorrow before I get to so late in the day to ensure I don't have the same problem then".

Pre-plan! It's a golden idea, and you'll never find yourself with odd numbers to make up at the end of the day. Spend this evening planning tomorrow. :)

OK, so to meet my minimum daily nutritional goals. It seems like I need 400 more calories, and 100 grams of carbs, but no more fat, nor protein.

Any ideas for something more tasty than crunching down on some 28 sugar cubes?

First week, not really getting the balance right yet.
