I just completed day 7 of level 1. Not only that, but I did 15 minutes of her boost metabolism video today just to get a little more in! The difference in my endurance is pretty amazing given the workout is only 20 minutes. And although I've "gained" a pound, I feel amazing and know that I will be another of Jillian's success stories at the end of 30 days. PLUS, I have been super diligent with measuring and tracking my food. Week one, total success :)
