Sparkguy – once again thanks and I love the word 'Tenacity' and its never give up, never surrender meaning!!

Mcfharpist - Thanks for your comment and your advice. I am currently doing the Spring into Shape challenge and lovin' how accountable I am to cardio and strength exercises.

Just like you,TENACITY918, I am so gung ho about Sparkpeople that I can taste it! (By the way, it tastes great, is rich, but not filling, and calorie free. Yahoo!)

And always remember, even if you are not losing (temporarily, of course), the exercise you do is sculpting your body from the inside out! Your new body will reveal itself eventually and it will be stunning! I kid you not. The results I have lived are simply phenomenal.

Also, I'm always hyping the Official Sparkpeople Challenges (28 Day & Spring into Shape) because they have worked so well for me. I constantly alternate these two 4 week challenges. When I finish one, I go to the other.

I'm not going to wish you good luck, because with Sparkpeople, you don't need it!

But I will say, Spark On!

And thanks Sparkguy for your comment!!! You are right...slow and steady wins the race (and in my case, keeps off the weight)

Woohoo -- congrats on your great start to a healthy lifestyle adventure and have fun continuing to reach your goals. And don't worry that your rate of loss will slow as you continue along your journey -- that will then make it even more likely that you keep it off.

Thanks for posting to spark others!
