Congrats!!! I love Zumba, but don't get to go that often. Even though I'm sure I look like a fool it puts me in such a good mood.

I am **SO** proud of myself. Struggling to get myself to exercise EVERY day is brutal.

But Sunday I walked for an hour at brisk pace around the neighborhood, then another hour+ walking around the mall. SOOO please.

And **THEN**, yesterday someone told me there was a Zuumba class nearby -- it ended up being literally 1/2 a block from my house, so I just couldn't NOT go. Almost bailed at the last minute ("... yikes, people I don't know!..." - but I pushed thru the cowardice and went.

OMG was it fun!!! There were even other old hags like me there (LOL) and we ROCKED those salsa steps! Ok, well - in OUR minds we did. We probably looked hysterical but WHO CARES!

I can't wait until next Monday!!

Now I just have to find 6 other days of FUN exercise. I think there's a Zuumba channel or something similar on cable -- that could be AWESOME now.

I've burned like a BILLION calories for my goal this week - and it's only TUESDAY!
