"17 day diet"...sounds like gimmicky crap that helped someone sell a book or a product.
Why not try the "BRBB34 life-time eating approach"? You profit...its customized for you...you make the rules...you get educated...and it doesn't contain unnecessary restrictions, arbitrary deadlines, and unachievable goals. :)

Don't diet =] Stick to your spark recommendations. Slow and steady. And you won't feel like your ever really cheating as long as you track everything and stay within your recommended cals. I don't know hat the 17 day diet is but I don't like that it's a 17 day diet haha. Commit to a lifestyle change. I hated when people told me this when I first started and i def did not listen and went ahead and tried the dukan diet and then started severely restricting my calories... I am now slowly bumping up my cals after restricting for too long and still losing.
