I joined Spark People early this year. I completed the 8 week diabetes weight loss challenge and only lost 1 pound. I've learned that the small victories are important and lead to bigger ones. When I started the program I had little or no motivation. I didn't sleep well and I hated to exercise. I can't tell you when the changes occurred I just know they did. Now I sleep well and longer, I have more energy and exercise is a habit, although not one of my favorite things. I recommitted to the same challenge, but didn't way myself until the end. I lost 8 pounds.

Change happens; it comes from within.

You're in the right place! Use the community. IF you have any questions, even if you think they're dumb (they're not!) ask! The diet & Nutrition and fitness boards have taught me SO much!

I've been changing my eating behavior over past 6 month.
By now I lost about 50 kg.
My problem is that there's pretty much no one I can talk to about this stuff.

Yeah, that's about it...
