Son took over an hour to get to sleep but he slept thru the night. I just read a bit then went to sleep. Managed to avoid the random snacking. Thanks for the support. What a great site this is.

It's difficult to deal with two children especially when one is autistic. He has already had his bath and he keeps yelling for bath time. The other has just gotten out of the tub and just needs to yell for where her pajamas are and thus such. Couldn't come to ask. At the end of the day I cant wait for bedtime. I just hope that they go to sleep. My autistic child is not a good sleeper and can sometimes take up to an hour with me needing to sing to him to get him to sleep. After is when I have the cravings for junk food. I definitely am an emotional eater.
