could I suggest that "cheat" day is an unhealthy concept?
Either make room in your menu for the foods that you like (not saying to fill your menu with chips + pop) so you don't see them as cheating, or you'll always be struggling - just counting the days until the next "cheat" - and then likely the time between them will get smaller.
Great. Read the book "THE SUGAR FIX" by Richard Johnson M.D. as it is so helpful.

before joining here i have already dropped eighty pounds, that still leaves me at a weight of three hundred. I dont look to bad in the mirror for three hundred at least until i take my shirt off. Excersise is no problem for me i love that, I struggle with eating well. The things that are not good for me make me feel so good, i mean i really get excited to eat them. I am maintaining at 300 right now buut i still want to loose a hundred more and cant really find the motivations to do so. I feel comfortable with myself but deep down i know that i am still unhealthy and seriously obese. when i first began my weight loss journey i would not touch anything unhealhy until my cheat day. I have lost and gained enough pounds to be at my target goal. Any suggestions anyone
