I am in. I crave for a cup of coffee everyday, not black coffee but with creamer and honey (no sugar at my house for more than one year). Now I try to have my coffee with milk only no honey...so I do not drink it that often now. I've been drinking coffee without honey for a couple of weeks, this challeng will help me to stay on track....to cut down sweet

I'm starting the 4 week challenge to get rid of sugar cravings (sugar detox) I'm a little nervous because I'm a sugar chunkie. At the same time I'm exited for doing something to gain control over my sugar consumption.
