Don't add pickle juice to childrens food!

its a salt solution... brine, pickle... its the same principle as sea water!

Pickle juice is really high in sodium. I don't think adding it into foods is going to do anything except increase the salt, which isn't a good thing. can make waffles, pancakes and oatmeal. Oatmeal can be cooked with milk instead of water. It seems to work best in the microwave because it tends to burn on the stove--use a large bowl to avoid boil over. For a kid-friendly twist, sweeten lightly with the sweetener of your choice (artificial sweetener, sugar, honey, etc.) and then stir in a tablespoon of peanut butter.

Anyone know any kid friendly recipes that I can add in pickle juice and milk? They are suppose to help regain energy and muscle after too much exertion.
