thanks for your support. you are right. marching back into fitness and march. i did make it to the gym today did 20 minutes on the treadmill. or is it the dreaded mill. LOL

We're only 10 days into March! Please don't throw away the whole month! Muster up your inner spark and press on. Just because today was an off the wagon day doesn't mean that tomorrow will be too. Beat that evil chocolate demon! Send him back to you-know-where!

well i got off the diet wagon. gave into my inner chocolate demon.
so i doubt that i will lose weight this month. i did look for spice jelly beans, but the drug store did not have any.
