For me, the important thing has been DAILY EXERCISE...not just to burn calories, although that's a nice benefit, but to stay healthy!

Find a Healthy Lifestyle that works for you--and stick with it! If you're doing that, everything works out in the end. And being a mom is always a busy life!!! :)

I reckon I don't understand what the problem is. If you're getting enough exercise to burn the calorie goal you've set up, then it doesn't matter if it takes you less time. Like, if you originally thought you'd burn say 1000 calories by exercising two hours 5 days a week..... but now you find that you can actually burn 1000 calories by exercising only one hour 5 days a week. Well, there's nothing wrong with that.

While we can get Spark Points for up to 120 minutes (2 hours) of exercise, we don't have to exercise 2 hours a day. The important thing is the calories burned.

You could turn some of your housework into exercise. I get the bulk of mine by putting all my groceries and laundry away one at a time. I can get in 1/2 hr walks sometimes doing this. If you have a play pen you could put your little one in while you do it. Play pens are actually an underused but very helpful piece of equipment - they keep the little ones safe at times it isn't practicable to leave them unattended. My kids used to LOVE being in there. I would put some soft toys in and a big cardboard box and my son would climb into the box and use it as a hut and have a right old ball, happily playing with his toys. He would also go to sleep in it.

hi! I seem to have trouble getting in all my workout time but I always burn lots of calories. I do Jillian Michaels workouts and use my exercise bike. does anyone else have this problem?
I would work harder to get my time in but with a 1 year old at home its only when he's sleeping so I do what I I do make sure I feel it afterwards so I feel like its got to do some good
