I have quit soda cold turkey. Have only had a craving for it twice since I quit a week. I am drinking water with lemon juice or hot tea with sugar and cinnamon instead. I add 3 tsps. of sugar to every 1.5 cup of tea (a mug). Tried replacing the sugar with honey and it's just not doing it for me. I don't want to use anything that contains any Aspartame. Any suggestions?

I do not add butter/oil/salt/or sugar to anything i eat, unless it has already been added. For example I will eat peanuts or lean cuisine meals that have have relatively high sodium percentages. I do know that your body needs some of these sugars and oils as a necessity, so i was just wondering if anyone can answer this question...
-Am I getting enough of the necessary sugars/oils/salts that i need in order to be healthy and lose weight?
-Is it really that bad to add a little bit of salt to something?
