Generally, unless you're using the kernels in food or eating them, you always go by the "popped" information. Because popcorn takes up so much space it doesn't take a lot of kernels to make 6 cups of popcorn.

I have a dilemma! Ok, I have a bag of microwave popcorn. IT has nutritional data on there. But it has it in popped or unpopped. It is so confusing! Can anyone tell me how many calories is a bag of microwave popcorn with white cheddar seasoning? It says there is 3 servings....but then it is 6.5 cups. What do I go by?
