My best advice is to treat your plan as a lifestyle change. I know you hear this a lot, but I think that has made the differnce for me. My plan includes an eating plan that I think I can live with forever. It isn' just a diet.

Hi Jen and WELCOME!!! Not sure how much you need to lose but be sure you are eating ENOUGH. Have you put all your information into spark and thats what they are telling you your calories should be? if so, thats wonderful!! take a week to weigh and measure EVERYTHING..sometimes if you eye it you over or under estimate!!
4 pounds is should aim for 1-2 pounds a week for healthy loss.

what would clean protiens be? right now i have been doing oatmeal with banana or apple or egg with one or the other for breakfest. I dont normally snack between breafest and lunch, i have been doing a turkey or chicken sandwich on rie for lunch or some pregresso light soup, and dinner its what ever i can find that is low cal meats veggies a lil rice or starch food maybe 2 small spoons full, and a yogurt or fruit of some sort, if i have a snack its yogurt or fruit. i have been trying to learn all i can so that it better helps me. thanks for replying

it sounds like you're off to a great start! load your day up with fruits and veggies and clean proteins. make sure you read your nutrition labels and know what to look for in the ingredients list. if you have any questions, feel free to ask! we're all here to help and support each other.

hi im new just wanted to break the ice and say hi. I have been at it for just over 2 weeks and have lost 4 pds. Any advice would be great. Im trying to stay under 1500 calories a day and so far been around 12 to 13 a day. would love advice from others further in thanks
