I don't know about specific products, but I just wanted to let you know that has has nearly all gluten free recipes. Actually, she makes ALL of hers gluten free since either she or one of her children has to have a gluten free diet, but not all the recipes are written as such. I love her recipes. My daughter and I both have gluten sensitivities, but only to rye and barley gluten oddly enough. Good luck!

Oh, something else great for gluten-free diets. Just today on SP recipes I found a recipe to make your own creamed soups. I can't wait to try it!
BTW, read EVERY label carefully.

You can buy bread mix that is gluten free. Just stir in ingredients, place in bread pans and bake. We prefer it divided into 2 smaller pans rather than one regular bread pan.
Our DIL orders most gluten free foods online. One great bread is called Sami's and comes from Florida.
Good Luck!

I don't have personal experience, but I will tell you something important: Soy sauce has gluten. My sister-in-law had to go on a gluten-free diet for health reasons and I could have killed her with soy sauce because I didn't know. Luckily for both of us, it turned out that the gluten wasn't the problem, so she is able to have gluten again, and was never in real danger.

I guess I'm just saying read up carefully about the topic. You will be surprised how much gluten is in things you wouldn't expect.
