You can use them in anything probably in place of hamburger. We used them in an omelette.

Oh I love those in a "pinch"! Use as taco meat, sloppy joes, in place of ground beef in spaghetti sauce, stuffed peppers, or as a substitute for ground beef in cassaroles. Hint, if you use ground beef, fry until brown first, place in collendar and rinse under very Hot Water, this will rinse off most of the fat, then use in your favorite recipes, or blend in with the boca crumbles.

Make some stuffed peppers !!

3 green bell peppers - cut in half
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
1 jar your favorite pasta sauce
1 1/2 cups meat crumbles
1 cup cooked brown rice

Saute onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil until soft.

Meanwhile, cut peppers in half and de-seed. Boil them for about

Add Boca crumbles , Italian seasoning and rice to onion mixture. Simmer until well combined.

Drain green peppers . Stuff the peppers with the crumbles mixture and place in a baking dish.

Pour the pasta sauce over the 6 halves and cover tightly with foil.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
