You'll have good days and bad days. Maybe you got more sleep, or ate better the day before, or forgot to eat the last time. Or maybe there's something else that was holding you back.

There's never a bad time to shake things up, but I wouldn't call a two workout difference anything to fret over.

Well, you can look at it this way - if it's getting easier that's a good sign. It means you are getting into better shape :) Good work!

I've been doing it about 3 weeks. You're right I'm sure, it may be time to do some switching. I can get bored easy so maybe I'll alternate days with a fresher routine.

How long have you been doing that particular workout in that particular way? If it's been 4-6 weeks, then yeah, you meay be reaching the point where your body has adapted and gotten fitter. If that's the case, it's time to switch it up - go faster, go harder, do a different type of exercise.

Sometimes you just have a really great workout where you feel like you're on top of the world and feel like a million bucks on top of it. But if you've been doing that workout for several weeks, then it's possible you may need to change things up a bit.

On Monday I did my normal cardio and my legs were dying in pain. I really felt like quitting. Seems like I was moving so slow and I felt unmotivated but I worked through it and kept going.

Today, however, it seemed like my workout was a breeze and I felt like I could do another 10-15 minutes. What's up with that?

Have I reach a threshold or have I gotten lazy? I tried to work harder and I didn't break nearly the sweat I normally do. Is it time to diversify my workout?
