I use it in lieu of butter or sour cream in baked potatoes or sweet potatoes. I also use it in chicken taco's. To me it tastes just like sour cream. I eat one every day for lunch with .5oz of BBQ Habanero almonds which gives it a nice salty taste.
Two of my favorites are in faux mashed potatoes (puree: steamed cauliflower, Greek yogurt, sea salt , pepper and a little onion powder) and in a 8 layer dip I serve with veggies (layer in a clear shallow serving bowl or baking dish: hummus, chopped fresh spinach, red pepper strips from a jar, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, Greek yogurt, chopped marinated artichoke hearts, crumbled low fat feta and a drizzle or olive oil).
Mixed in oatmeal Smoothies In place of mayo in tuna or chicken salad In place of sour cream in dill/other dips There's a fun dessert dip that's a box of funfetti cake dip, 1 cup of yogurt and some Cool Whip. I used plain Greek yogurt the first time I made it instead of using the light yogurt it called for. Next time, I think I'll try vanilla.
