I agree with ARCHIMEDESII. It's one small slip up on a long path. Don't stress it and don't let it convince you that you have failed in any way.

A person should never ever feel ashamed because of something they ate. That's not healthy. Spark People has never been about deprivation. It's all about moderation and portion control. Okay, so you weren't very mindful of your portion. Overeating one bag of whatever or one less than perfect meal or day WILL NOT make or break your healthy lifestyle.
You're going to be eating tens of thousands of different meals during your life. Do you really intend to beat yourself up every time you eat something less than healthy ? If you do, you're going to be miserable for the rest of your life. Don't let that happen.
You ate the food. You log the food. You move on. NO GUILT. Guilt isn't healthy. What you do is do your best to be more mindful of what you eat for the rest of the week. no beatings, no starving, no extra exercise. You move on. Honestly, it really is okay to indulge once in a while.
Perhaps that's something you should try doing. Try allowing yourself a small portion of those pig skins. Tell yourself it's okay to do it once in a while. then you sit and savor. don't inhale the bag like a Hoover. take time to really taste the food. try slowing down when you eat. I found that when I eat too fast, I don't taste the food I'm eating. Slow down. don't eat as if there was going to be no food on the table tomorrow. eat mindfully.
don't worry, you're going to be fine !

One slip is no big deal. And do not check the scale since salt makes you retain water. You probably didn't do much damage. Spend some extra time exercising this week, and eat at the bottom of your range for a few days.
The fact that you feel guilty about it can be good if you use it properly. Remember this feeling so next time you want to fall off, you will know it doesn't help.
And if you really went 3 weeks with no slips, you are a superhero. We all fall down.

You did not blow three weeks of healthy behavior with one slip. So long as you pick yourself up and get back on the plan that works for you. It would be good to assess why you slipped: stress, boredom, hunger, thirst, etc...and then add something to your plan that will help you cope without pork skins next time. For example, if you are stressed you can take a walk or call a friend. If you are bored you can work on a hobby or read your favorite book. Avoid getting too hungry by eating small, frequent, satisfying meals and avoid thirst with 8-12 glasses of water each day. I am sure this is all stuff you know, but I found that in the grips of a craving it helps to be reminded. Best wishes

It's OK. Really. Think about how many MORE Pork Skins you would have eaten during those three weeks if you hadn't been paying attention. You're going in the right direction!
I have been doing... ok on this whole new way of eating and drinking more water. I surprised myself with how well I have been doing. I lost my mind earlier and ate an entire bag of Barbecued Fried Pork Skins!! I am so ashamed!! All that sodium... But they were SOOO GOOD!! They are (one of) my weakness(es). Someone tell me this isn't the end of my new beginning... 3 weeks in and I already blew it!!
