This week-end I'm logging everything I eat and my exercise both. I really feel I'm more accountable when I do. I have to do something because it has been a free for all for me as well. The thing is, when I eat to much and the wrong stuff I actually feel different, my energy level is about non existent emoticon and my motivation to accomplish anything goes as well. During the week I have to fight to get the energy back up, this week-end I don't plan on losing it. emoticon

I used to watch my food intake and exercise soooo well all week and than the weekend would come and it was like a free for all. Needless to say, I didn't lose as much weight as I should have. Now, I watch everything five days a week and on the weekends, I eat maybe 300 or so calories over than my 1200.
That way, I treat myself to whatever and don't feel so deprived and best of guilt and a good weigh in the next week.

That's what I'm trying to do, make a plan. I'm going to try to stay away from my house (that's where I eat) I find myself standing in fron of the frig or cupboard looking for something even when I'm not hungry. I need a hobby for the winter months. During the summer I walk and do yard work, time to dig out the scrapbooking and catch up.

Eating too much on my days off from work can be a problem. I have to plan on keeping busy, away from food. emoticon

I like exercising on the week-end because I can't always do week nights. Maybe I should try being more consious of my eating but giving myself permission to take the week-end as a break on food journaling, that way I won't beat myself up for it and won't think I have to splurge on food just because I'm not writting it down.

I eat out too often on weekends and it's frustrating to watch myself do it! But tomorrow's a better day!

ooooooooooo yes! I have decided not to track my food on Saturday and Sunday. These are also the two days I don't go to the Y to swim. I am giving myself a little treat by doing this. However, I have to say, I am very conscious of what I eat and drink just because I do not want to undo any progress I made during the week.

Anyone else out there who can eat right, log food and drink water all week and then does none of it all week-end long? I still work out but I know my food is all wrong on the week-ends, even though I don't log it. I also know by the scale!
