I have no knowledge of tis medication. I am glad it is working for you. Please don't rely on that alone. Please keep on making your healthy choices and do you exercises because some day you will have to come off the medication and you don't want to be in the "starting blocks" all over again!

Remember the battle is won or lost in your mind and in the end, only you have control over that!

I'm glad you've been able to get over that plateau. Remember that pills aren't a quick fix so I hope you're staying active and continuing to eat healthfully.

Hello everyone (smiles) I just wanted to say that I was 245 pounds and went down to 215 then I was stuck there for almost 10 months, and nothing would budge it exercise, weights, walking. I am pre-diabetic and on Metformin. My Dr. thought that would help taking it x3 daily, still nothing worked.
When I returned and mentioned that I would like to have the LapBand. He said wait maybe this will help you, I'd like you to try it, the med was Victoza and it is working miracles for me each and every day. It has been exactly 14 days i've been on it and I've lost 10 pounds. My sugars are under total control daily.
I think this is the best thing that has happened to me, I am happy and finally feel the light at the end of the tunnel. Victoza has curbed my appetite 200% and I have to force myself to eat, because I want to be healthy.
Thank you for listening to my story and good luck to you all
