I ended up marinating it with
2 tablespoons each lemon, lime and orange juices
1 tablespoon honey
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

The cutlets were ok, but I like pork ones much better.

Agreeing with Lotus here, a lemon marinade is good for turkey to keep it tender.

I like lemon, black pepper and coriander.

marinate in some evoo, balsalmic vinegar, worsteshire and soy sauce and gril on a george forman grill for like 4 min total

How about a quick marinade in olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt & pepper? Add your favorite herb(s) and grill after 30 min or so. The acid in the citrus juice will help keep the meat tender! Have fun experimenting :)

Hi,

I bought some Turkey Cutlets and I never cooked them before. I was just thinking of grilling them, but that seems boring and I'm not sure if they would be to tough. Any recommendations on how I should cook them?
