So you basically had 1/4 of the 1/4 cup dry amount. So take the nutrition information on the package, divide each nutrient or calorie amount by 4 and this will be your intake.
ALSO... Quinoa is in the SP nutrition tracker, it is listed as .25 cup of dry quinoa. To convert this to your 1/4 cup cooked portion you ate; use .063 as the serving size.

So I bought a package of quinoa to make for dinner. I'm having a lot of trouble trying to figure out the portion size because the nutritional info lists it as dry mix and not cooked. The nutritional info is for 1/4 cup. After googling, I found that 1/4 cup dry is the equivalent of 1 cup cooked. Ok, that makes sense. But I only ate 1/4 cup cooked because really, it makes a lot and it fills me up!
So how do I figure out how much quinoa I actually ate?
