I talked myself through this one though. I decided it made more sense to eat a food that was already in my kitchen instead of waiting for food to be delivered. I decided it made more sense to eat a food that tastes good and wont leave me feeling groggy, irritable, sick, and guilty. And that also means I'm not spending money on something I don't need.

I just made the right choice on what to eat today. It was really tough cause the bad choice is a bad habit that I haven't completely broken yet. But as for today, I made the right choice. I am choosing healthy Multigrain Cheerios instead of chinese delivery junk food. I hope I can keep making the right choices.
