I am a 19 year old female just starting out on my healthy living journey! Trying to lose some weight and get a bit stronger all at the same time.
So I am going into the gym everyday, and I see all these crazy strength and weight machines, so far I've been doing all cardio, but at I would love to start strength training! Does anyone know any good beginner strength training programs? I would love to see some stuff other people have been doing :)
