I have been diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome which often leads to diabetes. My husband was just diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and we both need to count our carbohydrates per day. Its frustrating that SP doesn't offer a meal plan option that we can use. Its difficult to change you diet and think of options like spaghetti squash instead of spaghetti noodles. I know there are others on this site that would appreciate this option too.
