Perhaps you could put it into your blog. I know there are ways to store files online and you would be able to link to it.
I am not THAT computer geeky, so I am not sure the best way. But if you were able to do all that in Excel, you should be able to come up with more than I could!
Sounds like a great resource!

I don't believe that is something that we would use, but I'll pass your information on to the appropriate person.

Thank you,

Coach Denise

I researched several sources for nutritional info about what are the healthiest foods to eat to lose weight and feel better. "The Full Plate Diet", "My Calorie Counter" on and information about the Mediterranean Diet, as well as SparkPeople's Super Foods list prompted me to create an Excel spreadsheet on my computer with tabs on the bottom for a Weekly Meal Planner (3 meals and 3 snacks), a list of Veggies, Fruits, Beans & Legumes, Grains, Fish & Seafood, Meat, Nuts & Seeds, Dairy & Eggs, Condiments, and Herbs. Each tab (except Herbs) was a spreadsheet that showed Portions, Calories, Fat Calories, Sodium, Carbohydrates, Fiber, and Protein. It is a work in progress, as I have added and corrected to each of these spreadsheet lists. I printed in RED the Super Foods.

My question is, would SparkPeople be interested in an emailed copy of my Excel file, perhaps to include it as a resource? I continue to update it and I would welcome any comments, suggestions, editing, etc. after you have a chance to review it.
