I live in Pennsylvania and I'll be glad when it's over cause that's ALL that is on the news anymore and to be honest I'm really sick of hearing about it over and over and over and over and over again........ there has to be more going on around then this........ but that's all we hear about!

I am so glad they found him guilty! Justice truly did prevail on this case. I'm so saddened about the lives that this monster affected. I hope that all of the young men that Demon abused will find healing and peace in their own lives. I hope Sandusky rots in jail, then in Hell.
When I think of how many children never receive justice for their abusers, I am so glad this case went the right way.

I thought it did go national it was breaking news online and then every one of our local news stations had it and CNN, fox was right there awaiting the verdict , but it was king of late when it came down. he's in isolation for now, but I can't wait for him to get out of that and be with all the other inmates that will hopefully teach this guy a lesson! I watched Nancy Grace last night and heard things about the trial I hadn't heard before even she came on because of the verdict. I didn't know that one of the mother's went on the stand to say how every time her son went over his house he never came back with underwear and when she'd ask him about it he'd say oh i messed them an then she found out that he was throwing them away because they were bloodied and he didn't want her to see them!!!! That put me into tears!!!!!!!!! I have a son and we talk so much, I always tell him if anything , anyone does something that I want to know. I felt bad for this mother because she was happy to see such a positive role model for her son and after the son went there the first few times he didn't want to go back and she pushed him to. The guilt this mother must feel and all these innocent boys, my heart is just broken for them. I was inappropriately touched my a doctor right in front of my mother, it's something you never forget!!!! I looked at her for help and got nothing as this doctor hurt me, this really hit me close to my heart. I hope all the higher ups from Penn State that turned a blind eye are soon in jail also, to know what this monster was doing and do nothing. That assistant coach , how he can live with himself after seeing that what took place in the shower, If that had been me I'd of gone right in there and broke it up, not just make a little noise. I'd of physically stopped it, me a woman!!! here that guy is a big tall man!!!!! This has been going on since 1998, a parent brought her child to the POLICE STATION!!!! and they did nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope the cop involved with letting that one go because he didn't believe the kid has something done to him also. If not in this life, in the next!!!!!!!!!!!

This situation made me so sick from the get go - especially Sandusky trying to defend himself in the beginning, remember his comment about "horsing around" in the shower with these young boys - I couldn't even follow it anymore. Glad to hear he will pay for his horrific crimes! Incredible that anyone who was aware of what was going on could just turn a blind eye on it...

I'm satisfied with the verdict. I also agree with TEKGIRL33 - prosecutors ought to go after the wife next. No way she didn't know what was going on!

I think his wife should also be charged, your not gonna tell me after being married to this man for 46 yrs she didn't know what was going on in her own home. What wife wouldn't question her husband having sleep overs with little boys, c'mon now! I hope Penn State pays out a bundle to the lives they helped to ruin by turning their heads the other way. This is a very sad story when you think more of a football program then the lives of children!
