Woo-hoo! Great job! and I thoroughly enjoyed your post emoticon
I'm very persistent with my strength training myself and although the scale moves slowly, I do notice how my body changes. It is amazing when you actually see and feel the changes before people can even realize you've progressed!

i used to get so frustrated when shopping because i could never find stuff i liked in my size (xl, 14/16)...i looked forward to shopping with ease!
now i can never find anything smaller than an 6...(i guess it's at least a better problem to have)

That is awesome! Congrats. It's a great feeling. I went from a tight 16 to a 4/6, so I get it. :)

I've really kicked up my strength training recently and haven't lost much weight, but I've noticed big changes in my body. (Hello, abs and ribs! Nice to finally meet you!) My new jeans are loose now, so I went to the mall to try on a size smaller in my favorite brand of jeans. I was informed that the brand doesn't make a size 4. They start at size 6. And my favorite store doesn't have any size 4 jeans. They suggested that I shop at some of the "teen" stores. I cannot believe I went from too fat to shop at certain stores, to being too small!? Most of juniors jeans I tried on were too short! (I'm 5'9".) FINALLY found some size 4 jeans in tall...and they fit! Woo'hoo! That's seven sizes smaller than the 18 I've been wearing my entire adult life. Unbelievable!

My second woo'hoo moment was when I caught my hubby taking pics of my booty while I was on stage at our child's winter program at school. How totally inappropriately of him!!! But very flattering. Lol

Definitely all the motivation I need to get through the holidays without getting off track. : )
